School visits and cat

We had a weird school week before the term break. On the days that I have school, Mika doesn't, and when Mika has school, I don't. So we visited each other at school this 

week.

Mika loves the canteen at my school although it's very crowded and boys are always running around pushing each other. She always wants the jelly cup and candies, I often buy her a candy during recess with the pocket money Mummy gives me everyday

 This little girl's Mum works at the canteen and she bites!!So we are very scared of her

 Then I pick up Mika at school and play a bit in the playground

 Iam naughty sometimes but I often try to make up for it by drawing things or writing notes to Mummy. This time I was rude to Auntie our helper and I was sorry

 The reason why we got a cta was because Mika said she love cats. But she is so scared of our own gentle cat. Only recently Mika has started to pat our Rubien

 How can anyone be scared of this little sweetie cat?

Mika's school performances

A few times a year Mika's kindergarten (Aka my old school) will have dance performances. This year Mika has two performances one for her class and the other for ballet. We all went to watch and support her.

The performance day was featured in the local newspaper and her class won the 'Best cooperation award'!

What's up

So here are some bits and pieces of what we had been up to...

Mummy punched many holes on this old hose and after she plugged it in, Vola! A super fun water spray!!

  Mika was performing with her friend Richelle 'Let it go' for the school's Moon festival celebration. So many students were singing along with them!

 At art class we made 'cakes' with clay

 Fussy eater Mika- finally it's my turn to force feed....

 And I am a 'grown up' so I should put lipstick on... I even brought my own mirror and lipsticks

 We had been making homemade pasta! I like rolling the dough for Mummy!

Mika's Yamaha piano recital

Mika had been taking the Yamaha music class since January and she has completed the first set! There was a piano recital at her school on 26 July and everyone played two songs from Book 1. 

Mika played these two songs

 She dressed up as a Princess

 and was a very nervous one

 and she needed me to sit with her to play!

and she played so well that she was so relieved and happy! Well done Mika!

Gong Gong and PoPo were here!

We were soooooooooooo happy to have Gong Gong and PoPo staying with us for almost a month! We did so many things together like eating, playing, eating PoPo pancake and it was so sad that they left....

 Mika even visited a dentist with PoPo and Gong Gong's support

 We took them to a local tea house, Gong Gong really likes the Tea Tarik here

 It was as big as Mika's face and it was so sweet!

 We were so so sad when we said our Good Byes at the airport. We love you so much Gong Gong PoPo, come back soon!
