How we are in KK

We've been in KK for almost 3 weeks now, time flies! It has been enjoyable so far. We like being in the same school together, and enjoy Mummy and Daddy driving us to and from school. Love the swimming pool at our apartment, and we also love going crazy inside the training room at the gym when Mummy tries to get on the machines. The only thing is it's hot here and we are getting so tanned already! Mika has this HUGE 'cross' tan line on her back, which suits her cos it warns people not to get near her... she's super fierce. So our pets Nunu turtle, Maxi rabbit and Rubien cat have finally arrived! Poor Rubien needs to go under quarantine for 30 days!! But we are happy to at least have Nunu and Maxi with us.

Nunu is not so happy in this temporary bathtub.. but we are sure he will enjoy his new pond in the garden once it's built
Maxi has a new cage too. He was so grumpy in the first few days but he forgave us after us feeding him his favourite foods and reading him stories
Since Mummy has no helper now so I volunteered to help out doing the laundry
Milo is a BIG thing here, and so we are adapting to the culture
In this shopping mall they have these electronic riding thing that we can hire. It goes forward and backward by changing the switch and we love to go back and forth and almost crushing into anything around us, including this BMW show car
There are a lot of these lovely, cutie shops in KK, which we love
Downstairs of where we live there is a art shop where we can purchase the art items and have it done there. We love going there to make different things
One of our HK favourites can easily be found here in KK

This day we dined at the patio by the pool looking at the ocean
We found this 'amusement park' inside the shopping centre where we can enjoy a lot of different rides

Bumper car was super fun, even when Mummy crashed into our car and Mika and I bumped onto the steering wheel and fell off our seats

So even we have only a few toys we still have lots of fun running around pretending to be this and that. Mummy regrets shipping all of our toys over
Again, no helper so Mummy reinforced child labour
This day we went to our friend's backyard to pick fresh vegetables
Look at the beans I 'harvested'! And cos I picked them so I did eat a bit more than I normally would
Missing my friends at ISF... they made me a video before I left.. so touching. I like to watch it over and over again.

We are in Kota Kinabalu!

We had been silent for a looooong time cos we were preparing for our move! We are now in KK! We are liking here cos Daddy and Mummy drive us to school and home everyday, and we like being in the same school together! Also we have a swimming pool and playground at where we are staying so everything is so nice so far!

Mika's last day at KCS on 28 Feb. Mika shared a cake with her friends at school

The tall girl on the left is Samantha. She is the only friend that Mika talks about and before we knew what her name is, she was known by 'the girl with purple flower shoes', which she does on her white sneakers.

Then I had my last day at ISF on 8 March
I also shared a cake with my friends. From left to right Jasmine C, Jody, Giselle, Paco, Jasmine S, Ryder, Me, Trina, Oliver, Jin Ho, Timothy, Ellis, Sarah, Marc and Jasmine

My friends were all hugging me and saying they miss me so much

Then we said our goodbyes to the Myers
We landed KK on 10 March, staying at Peak Vista, while we are waiting for our house to be renovated

This is the view we have. We can see Mt Kinabalu
our clubhouse facilities

Mika is not used to seeing any inserts... this is her after seeing a fly on the ground by the pool...
Mummy and Daddy took us to our house to have a look. We love having a garden...
...and a mezzamine
This is our school in KK

These are the books I need to bring with me everyday

Since we have no Aunties to help us now Mummy had to do everything, so this day I made sandwiches for everyone so she could take a rest
There are a lot of nice cafes/restaurants here in KK. This restaurant called FULLHOUSE has a car inside!
Today we visited Gaya St market, which was sooooooooo hot!!
Poor animals in cages...
