Merry Christmas!

We had a very Merry Xmas, since we had Yeye, MaaMaa, Auntie Amy and Uncle Philip celebrating with us, plus, this year we have little Mika joining our happy family. There were so many presents under the tree and I knew which present belongs to who and I distributing some of them. I got to open Mika and my presents and I looooooooooooove ripping the wrapping papers!

Yeye, MaaMaa, Auntie Amy and Uncle Philip gave us a whole Trunki suit case worth of toys and clothes! Uncle Philip had to carry this with him all the way from Belgium! Thank you!!

Merry Xmas!!

Full Moon

Yesterday was my Full Moon. Can't believe I'm one month old already, which means I had been carried almost non-stop for one month, crying for one month, and made everyone happy for one month! And for Mummy, it means no more restriction after her confinement! Now I just have to wait for my chance to get out of the house and explore!

Xmas with family

Yeye, MaaMaa, Auntie Amy and Uncle Philip are in town! We are all very happy to have them to celebrate Xmas with us this year, and of cos with Mika joining us this year. There are a lot of presents under the Xmas tree and I couldn't resist opening them in advance to the point that Mummy had to put them away and hide them. So then I made a promise not to open any of them until Xmas so I can have them under the tree again. So my job will be to open my presents and also Mika's presents!

I LOVE CHRISTMAS! I get so many presents, and a Xmas tree, and I love to sing 'Jingle Bells' while shaking my bells. I get to go to parties and oh I just love this holidays!

Oh, this is my new 'crush'. I don't like Ray Ray anymore because of him. Look at the way I am admiring him here. I don't want to expose his face yet, before anything happens! :)

I had been opening my presents before Xmas! These shoes are my new love (though Mummy really doesn't me wearing these high heels) but I love them so much! Thanks Auntie Juliet!

And finally we got a tree! Mummy and I decorated it straight after it got delivered!

Hi I am Mika

Hello everyone, this is Mika. I am 3 weeks old today. I had been a really good girl when I was in Mummy's tummy. I didn't cause her any morning sickness, or any cravings, and I let Summer ZheZhe to sit on me until the day I came to this world. I even gave Mummy a quick labour:

8:30am First contraction

12:50pm: Dilate to 3 cm, while all the contractions were bearable, since Mummy had ZheZhe in her mind all along

1:25pm: Ta Da! Here I am!

So what have I been doing and behaving? I love to be held all the time, and I have a very loud voice just like ZheZhe. :)

Feeling vulnerable

Since Mui Mui arrived, I had been feeling vulnerable. I like to scream and shout and say mean things to Mummy, like 'No more Mummy', and 'I don't like Mummy'. I don't like to help out with Mika, except once when Mummy asked me if she can feed Mika cos she was hungry, I said 'No Mummy, feed, I feed.' and pulled up my shirt. I don't like to say Hi to other people, and I know I am being rude, but I don't care. I have now diverted all my attention to Daddy, and today, I held Daddy's hand and asked him 'Daddy, will you look after me?' Daddy:'Yes Of cos Bean Bean.' 'I love you Daddy'. I know Mummy is sad that I am not being nice to her sometimes, but I can't help but being angry with her because of Mika. She hopes this stage will go pass soon, let's see.

Christmas is near

Now that Christmas is near, we are getting ourselves prepared for this wonderful holiday. Like every year, we will send Christmas cards to friends and relatives, and same as last year, I helped Mummy make the cards for this year.

Then at school we had the Christmas performance today! We all got costumes and got to get on stage to sing and dance but after I found out Mummy and Daddy were there, all I wanted was to stick with them and refused to go on stage, and when I was forced up there, I cried all the way and forgot to dance..

Then we concluded the day by eating a sushi bento back in the classroom, with a birthday cake (Christmas and Birth party combined for this month), and a bag of presents from Santa Clause!

It was Daddy's birthday yesterday and we got Daddy a Wii and he was so happy! We then had the Myers over for dinner to celebrate together. We took some photos during the day for our Xmas card, and played some Wii of course!

Ray Ray escalated

While Mummy and Daddy thinks I was just kidding about Ray Ray, yesterday morning Mummy found a book in my school bag, a school work book for K3. Mummy was confused how did a K3 book got in my bag, and then she saw the name tag has a photo on it. Mummy remembered that Auntie Juliet told her that I showed her once who Ray Ray is on the school bus, so Mummy went to Auntie Juliet and asked her if the boy in the photo is Ray Ray, and it is. Mummy and Daddy got a little worried and called my teacher to find out what is going on. All it is is Ray Ray wanted to give me a gift and the only thing he had at that time was his book. Nothing to worry about Mummy and Daddy! In fact, besides Ray Ray, Hudson at bus stop also always try to chat me up and even tried to kiss me! Lucky I dodged it and avoided the harass!

Good older sister

I have been a really good and supportive daughter and sister, so understanding that Daddy and Mummy are both very touched. Since Mummy has to feed Mika a lot, I didn't cause her any trouble. Mummy is very concerned about my feelings but I told Mummy that I am ok. I like to see Mika and tell her not to cry when she cries, and every morning I like to see her before I go to school. When Mummy holds my hand to nap, I don't mind having Mika to join us for our nap. Mummy told me that Mika is a lucky girl to have me as her sister.

Arrival of Mika

My sister Mika arrived on 24 November 2009! While Mummy was at hospital I was a really good girl. Mummy and Mika came home today and she got me the present I asked her to get- a Cinderella dress! I was so happy that I wore it straight away! Mika is very demanding with her milk milk, and I don't enjoy the sight of it. We were making things a little tough when we cried together at the same time. What can we say, we are sisters who look alike with some good pairs of lungs!

Mummy and Daddy's nightmare

Today when I hopped off the school bus, I was extra happy, and told Mummy straight away about Ray Ray, my new boyfriend! Mummy was surprised about the news but she managed to stay calm and asked me about Ray Ray. I told her Ray Ray has red hair, he is only on the afternoon school bus, and he told me he likes me, and that we hold hands. Mummy told me that I can not let Ray Ray kiss me, and I know that too because kissing is for Mummy and Daddy only. Tonight I grabbed Mummy's phone and pretend to talk to Ray Ray, and in my shower I draw Ray Ray on the wall. See!

A quiet weekend before Mika arrives

This should be the last weekend of the 3 of us before it becomes the 4 of us! Mika is expected to join us tomorrow! I was 2 days overdue, we wonder if Mika will be the same? Because Daddy thinks Mummy should rest more so she can reserve more energy for the labour, we only went out for a quick coffee and then to a toy shop to shop for some Christmas presents for the less fortunate children with no Mummies and Daddies. I understand the toys are for them so I was good and didn't fuss to open any of them! Then we came home and one of the activities was to make homemade playdough!

Getting ready to becoming a ZheZhe

Mummy and Daddy had been telling me about how I am going to become an older sister soon. I am excited in a way but insecure the other. I had been whinging a lot lately and is very demanding for Daddy's attention. But besides being a noisy girl I am also secretly preparing myself to be a good ZheZhe.

My taste buds have changed recently. I no longer only like savoury food like Daddy, but I also got sweet tooth like Mummy! This is when I found Mummy's Maltesers and knew immediately these are something yummy. 'Please Mummy, pleeeeeeease. I want to eat this one'.
Since the weather in Hong Kong has suddenly dropped by 15 degrees in one week, Mummy got me this strawberry carpet for me to lie down on when I read my books to keep me warm. I love it! I was crying and was being difficult before Mummy opened the door and I stopped crying as soon as I saw it!

Every Thursday I have a playdate with my little friends from school who lives around the area. I was the host for yesterday's playdate, think we need a bigger apartment! They enjoyed my toys so much that they were crying when they had to leave.

I am a lucky girl

I am a lucky girl, and I say that out loud too. Mummy and Daddy loves me so much. Mummy is due in less than 2 weeks but is still going to different places with me to make me happy and to spend the final few days of 'Mummy and me only' time before Mika joins us. She took me to Ocean Park last week for some fond memories but the plan didn't work out for her since she was being pushed and annoyed by the amount of people there (but I enjoyed it). So Mummy got upset and then Daddy our hero suggested that we all go to Disneyland to grant the wishes of both Mummy (fun and love filled moments for all) and I (wearing my Snow White dress and my 'lolly-pop' shoes at Disneyland with Mummy and Daddy).
