My 4th Birthday

It was my 4th birthday on 17 April and Mummy and Daddy threw me painting party! In the morning we were busy preparing for the food. We served the Fairy bread, sausage rolls, marshmallow pops, pink wafers, pink mini cupcakes and my birthday cake! I made the fairy bread and marshmallow pops! Since we could only fit 20 canvases so we couldn't invite all the friends we wanted to, so we had Sky, Kiva, George, Teddy B, Natalie W, Natalie H, Olivia, Teddy J, Jodie, Justin, Mia, Elsa, Mornice, Max and Siena to celebrate with me!

While we were busying preparing for the food, we had to keep Mika well entertained so we could get our work done uninterrupted. She was enjoying Mummy's chocolate icing on the mini cupcake here..

But to be fair she did help out too...

School

The education system in Hong Kong is outrageous. I was at a school interview last Saturday at a nearby school. This is the only school that accepted my application form for the N1 class (2-3 years old). The other schools did not even accept my application form because I was born in November and since school year starts in September, and we need to be at least 2 years old to attend, I was '2 months too younger' when school year starts, and so all the spaces are taken by the older kids. Luckily I got accepted into this school but in the PM session. Mummy is having a dilemma about forfeiting this opportunity and send me to Montessori school instead. During the interview the teachers asked me to play with toys. I had to feed the hippos with balls and give Mummy the balls when the teachers asked me to. Then Zhe Zhe started to join in and fed the hippos too. I shouted at her when she took the ball off my hand. I also put the wooden blocks with the holes in the middle through the stick on the base. I got a sticker at the end of it, and of course, so did Zhe Zhe.

Recently I enjoy drawing, i like to pick up pens and draw on anything . Like my face, clothes, etc. Mummy has given up cleaning them now. I know which drawer has the markers.

Disneyland!

It is Mika's first visit to my favourite place on earth- Disneyland! I am so happy that Daddy took a day off to go there with us!

Creativity

My favourite pass time is to watch TV, and I guess I like to draw too. I have transformed from spud head with arms and legs sticking out to with bodies, in proportion too, except the arms are sticking out from the head instead of the body.

We love each other, though we fight

Oh we fight. I mean, Mika hits me, and I will cry and wait for Mummy to come over to put Mika to her naughty corner. It seems that she is hitting me less now but we have other things to fight over about like, toys, food, TV, Mummy etc. But above all, when I am crying, or when Mika is crying, we will always go to each other and give each other hugs and kisses, and then usually we will stop crying after having the sisterly comfort. We love each other. These are all natural poses.

Baby Buddies

Finally I have a play something for myself now! I now go to Baby Buddies like my sister did. I love it so much! I get to meet new friends and play and I will get so distracted that I wouldn't eat my lunch properly like the others because I am too busy being a busy body!
