Funny girl

So many parties! It was Alec's 2nd birthday party on Tuesday and we had lots of fun at Playtown. I have become more careful nowadays and wouldn't go on the slides by myself, and hence I didn't do much climbing this time. But I went into the bouncy castle with Ah Liz and I did a lot of dancing and lots of eating!

I am a funny girl. On Wednesday I tried Mummy's Calamansi drink, which was a little sour. It was my first time to taste 'sour' and I made a 'sour' face, and then I kept doing it and doing it cos I thought it was fun!

One of the things I learnt from my 2 months trip to Australia is the sound of 'The king of the bush'- Kookaburra! Mummy does a much better version but I am pretty good too!

The NO attack

Part of the package of being 2 besides knowing more and being more entertaining, is the increased usage of the wonderful word 'no'. Since last Tuesday morning, I opened my eyes and decided to use this word ALL THE TIME. The answer to almost everything Mummy asks me is 'noooo', or simply ignorance. Mummy is no longer tolerating my nos and told me 'no more nos', asked me how I would feel if whatever I asks her she will answer 'no'. So any improvements from me? You should know the answer! See my video 'Summer saying 'no'' of me saying my nos! At least it is a gentle no and not a violent no!

Now I am getting along so much better with Maxi GorGor. I feed him all the time and I think he finally feels my love towards him and he has sort of stopped attacking me and let me pat him now!

Surprise!

Since I turned 2, I seem to know a lot more. On Tuesday, I found a box and I fiddled around with it and gave it back to Mummy, and with much eager 'Mummy, Surprise!! Surprise!! Open!'. When Mummy opened it, she found my shoe that I place inside to surprise her, she laughed so much and was so happy, and that made me feel very happy and had a lot of satisfaction too!

I love to dance so much and whenever I watch Dorothy the Dinosaur or other shows with people dancing, I will request Mummy to put on my 'butterfly'. This day, we are going to Ocean Park and Mummy made me look so beautiful by looking like a 'butterfly'. Auntie Karyn said I look like I am in a show!

Happy Mummy's Day!

On Thursday last week, Daddy and Mummy brought me to Disneyland! I loved it! This is Daddy's first time there and he liked it a lot too! I did more rides this time then the last 2 times I was there. I really liked the 'It's a small world' boat ride!

As always, I love my Maxi GorGor and I always feed him my food. Now I am in trouble for getting him interested in human food and Mummy is not very happy about that.. So this time, I gave him my toy food instead- I hope he likes my egg on toast for him.
I have recently learnt how to drink with a cup and I like drinking that way! Here is Daddy and I having Mummy's homemade papaya smoothie. Some people talk about how much I look like Daddy, and now I can see how.

It's Mother's Day today, Happy Mummy's Day!!! I also talked to PoPo an MaaMaa and said to them 'Happy PoPo Day' and 'Happy MaaMaa Day'! I made a card for Mummy this year at Baby Buddies, I stuck all the flowers in myself and drew a painting for Mummy!

I made Mummy my specialty egg on toast again.. Mummy really loved it and she was so happy when I came in slowly with the dish to wish her a Happy Mother's Day! Then Daddy made the real thing- Ciabatta bread with toasted tomato, grilled cheese, sausages, mushroom and scramble eggs. It was really yummy and I had that for my lunch too!

Then later on we celebrated Ethan's 2nd birthday next door at the Biship Lei Hotel, with my other friends Tristan, Tyler, Miles, Holly, Emily, Nivana and other friends that I met today

My fringe is getting really long and is always poking into my eyes, so Daddy decided to give me the special trim. Doesn't he look professional trim my hair?

Clara is finally back from her Taiwan trip, we hugged each other when we meet again. I missed her!

Yesterday was Moorea's birthday and we were invited to celebrate her 2nd birthday with her and her other friends. Someone said I look like a rock star in this outfit, what do you think?

H1N1

As usual, Mummy is super paranoid about germs and viruses and this time the world is exposed to a new virus called H1N1. Mummy immediately stocked up with masks and I got my very own pink ones too! I like to wear it cos I think I look like a doctor! I am Dr. Bean.

But I feel a little safer being more 'protected' this way.. Mummy doesn't know how I got it to stay on, but what do you think?

I missed Daddy so much during his 4 days business trip, and I clung on to him the morning I saw him....

and played dress-up Daddy.. I got my first Chupa Chup! I change my pallet since my Australia trip. Before that I really didn't like sweet things but now I LOVE my 'Tong Tong' (lolly)
I like playing with stickers and Mummy spoils me with lot of pretty stickers. Daddy thinks I should only be getting them as rewards, but Mummy can never resist my begs. :) Like my art piece on Mummy's feet?
